GRUPO ESMI was born in 1996 in Monterrey, Nuevo León under the company name Especialistas en Sistemas y Gestión de Información, SA de CV to provide network infrastructure and telecommunications equipment services to private industry.
In 2003, it changed its corporate name to ESMI NETWORKS SA de CV, name under which it is currently governed. In this same year, the portfolio of services is increased, including physical and electrical security solutions.
In 2013, BOSTECH SA DE CV was incorporated, carrying out the development of renewable energy projects.
Grupo Esmi in 2016 expands its offices to Aguascalientes in the first half and Guadalajara at the end of the year. For 2017 it becomes an international company by creating the company MIBOS TECHNOLOGIES, INC for operations in the states of Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma.
